Isolated Response

Isolated Response is an ongoing project into the function of audio as a stimulus to generate artistic work in others. It uses sound as the starting point for devising and invites artists to explore their individual response to the sound stimulus.

Collaborating artists are given a different layer of the overall sound score to work with in isolation from each other. The layers of sound and individual responses are then reassembled together in the installation of Isolated Response.
